Do I need to sign in?
No. Record rides and manage local data without an account. Sign in for online backup, restoration, Cross Roads, and other community features.
Will recording work without a signal?
Yes. GPS recording and local storage don’t depend on the API. Maps, downloads, account services, and community features need a connection.
How do I find rides near me?
In Cross Roads, choose your Base Camp, search a city or ZIP, or temporarily use your current location. Select a radius to find publicly shared routes nearby.
Is my Base Camp my live location?
No. Base Camp is your general riding area. Showing it on an enabled public profile also makes you discoverable through Nearby Riders; it does not share live whereabouts.
How do I delete my account?
Open Garage → Delete Account, enter your current password, and confirm. This permanently deletes your online account and its content, plus MotoJot data on the requesting device, including unsynchronized local data. You need a connection. Use the password-reset flow if needed.
How does MotoJot use my data?
Recordings are private unless you explicitly share them. Our Privacy Policy explains location recording, account synchronization, public profiles, photos, service providers, and deletion.
How do I manage MotoJot Plus?
Open Garage → MotoJot Plus to refresh your membership or manage it through the customer portal. The app provides the current purchase availability and renewal details.
